What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Be the face of Degree. Create a wow first impression every single time
• Guide guests through our services and confidently recommend personalized wellness plans to build retention.
• Turn first-time visitors into long-term members through memberships sales
• Own the member experience from check-in to check-out
• Manage bookings, calls, and POS with accuracy and efficiency
• Keep the studio elevated, clean, and reset between sessions
• Follow up with members to drive retention, referrals, and community
• Work alongside a motivated, growth-focused team

 Availability:

• Full & Part-Time positions available
• Must have Evening & Weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday) availability
• Applicants with daytime-only availability will not be considered.
